Meeting Patient Expectations Online

The accepted standards in patient preferences have changed with the advent of the Internet. Patients are increasingly relying on online technologies to search for information and communicate with their dental care provider. For example, our patient research has revealed that 93.4% of patients that we surveyed indicated they’d prefer to communicate with their dental provider online, rather than over the phone!
