Instagram Update

At Sesame, we strive to make your social media experience as easy as possible. We know that to balance running your practice, checking off your weekly to-dos and spending time with friends and family, efficiency is key. That’s why we are so excited to introduce Instagram publishing to the Social Suite! Because when you can manage all of your social media accounts in one location, life is that much easier.

Previously, Instagram was a mobile only platform meaning you were only able to post content via the app on a mobile device; you weren’t allowed to schedule any content with an outside tool. With this new update, Instagram is finally allowing its users to schedule content so long as they are acting as a business account.

So, by turning your Instagram account into a business account, you can now use our Social Suite to schedule content for your Instagram! All you have to do is check the Instagram box when you’re creating a post from the scheduler.

With Instagram, followers are able to engage with your practice in a more casual, personal environment. Features like video, Instagram live, and photo sharing give you the tools to make creative connections with your followers. While your goal will always be to attract new patients, Instagram is a great way to create an extension of your brand and your office personality. It can be home to the lighter, more “just because” content that you might be refraining from sharing elsewhere.
